We have the pleasure to welcome at the chalet, a Yoag, Rando et Cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 workshop organized by Emmanuelle Maurin.<\/p>\n

Dates:<\/b>
\nFrom Saturday, June 26th 6pm to Saturday, July 3rd 9am<\/p>\n

During this retreat, the practice of yoga,<\/b> the connection with nature during the hikes and the connection to your creative potential revealed during the creative workshops, will bring you closer to your true nature<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Hatha yoga<\/b> sessions will focus on letting go, opening to gratitude and listening to the needs of the season<\/b>. We will come in the energy of the heart. This retreat is an invitation to be with what is there, now.
\nIt is also a moment to take a break in consciousness<\/b>, to take advantage of the free time<\/b> to discover the splendid nature<\/b> which surrounds us and to rest.<\/p>\n

9-10:30 am: morning yoga.
\n11am-6pm: Hike or creative workshop and free time
\n6:00-7:30 p.m.: evening yoga and meditation<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
